"Standard Rate" cancellation policy:
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract free of charge or modify the request up to 7 days before the scheduled arrival date. In case of withdrawal after the deadline or in case of no-show on the agreed date (no show) the hotel is authorized to charge the total cost of the confirmed services as a penalty. In the event of early departure, the hotel is entitled to payment of the agreed amount for the entire stay.

Documents:
Each participant is required to show a physical identity document at check-in in accordance with current regulations (passport or EU ID). Defaulters will not be accepted and it will not be possible to request a refund for the confirmed services.

Service times:
Check-in in the room is open from 14:00, Check-out from the room is expected by 10:00.
Breakfast is served from 8:00 to 10:00. The pool area is open from 9:00 in the morning to sunset. Children must be supervised by parents.

Non-smoking rooms:
All hotel rooms are non-smoking, it is required to respect this rule by using the outdoor spaces. The hotel reserves the right to charge for damages caused by smoking inside its rooms.
